Bilingual French & English Customer Service Representative - Nights

We are looking for a bilingual French–English profile to strengthen our Internal Care team in Barcelona
What will I do? These will be your main functions:
Reply to negative reviews.
Handle escalated customer care claims.
Provide reassurance on email channel and social media.

Based in Barcelona or nearby with availability to work in a hybrid model.
