Bilingual French & English Customer Service Representative - Nights

In the Operations area, we implement projects related to Service Desk, IT Infrastructures, and Cloud projects, among others.
We are looking for a bilingual French–English profile to strengthen our Internal Care team in Barcelona

What will I do? These will be your main functions:
Reply to negative reviews.
Handle escalated customer care claims.
Provide reassurance on email channel and social media.
