Backend PHP Developer - Remoto

Your mission as our Back-end Developer Hero will be to:
Comply with the company’s project plans and development standards.
Manage, track and develop tasks using project management tools such as JIRA.
Design, develop and maintain clean, efficient and reliable backend code.
Perform unit and functional testing in a personal test environment prior to formal testing processes.
Review and evaluate code written by other backend developers before testing phases.
Deploy validated code to relevant environments, including testing and production.
Recheck, debug and resolve issues for code that fails during the testing process.
Identify and fix errors in running software to ensure system stability and performance.
Actively participate in project-related meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
Improve existing software and develop new solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Follow technological trends and adapt relevant technologies to ongoing projects.
Contribute to or establish scalable, optimised and high-performance software architecture.
Maintain and update legacy projects in accordance with company planning.
Provide technical support for system integrations and data analysis.
Take an active role in the use of data storage technologies and implement necessary data security precautions.
Document developed software components and required system areas.
Advanced level of verbal and written English.
Hands-on experience with MySQL and relational database systems.
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel.
Experience working with NoSQL databases.
Experience with PHPUnit and unit testing practices.
Familiarity with modern server components and tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ and Docker.
Knowledge of server-to-server communication protocols (TCP, WebSocket, and
Strong understanding of RESTful architecture principles.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment using tools like JIRA and Git.
Knowledge of Elasticsearch and query optimisation.
Open to learning and adapting to new technologies based on evolving project requirements.
