Full-time Danish Customer Support Representative

We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team in Barcelona . You’ll become part of an international environment where you’ll support customers, provide technical guidance, and ensure an outstanding service experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Handle customer calls through the CRM agent portal.

Create quotations and process orders using the SAP system.

Provide first-level technical assistance and help customers identify the right products and services.

Are a native or proficient Danish speaker with advanced English skills .

Have an interest in the technical field and are motivated to commit to the project for at least two years.

Are customer-oriented , have strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset.

Enjoy problem-solving and delivering a high level of service.

Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week): Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
