About You

We are seeking an Account Lead, Paid Search to lead strategic initiatives for an enterprise retail account, focusing on execution within retail media networks like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Target. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing strategic paid search campaigns to drive performance and growth.
• Leading and managing a team of paid search specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Analyzing campaign performance data for actionable insights.
• Overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Developing and presenting performance reports and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search advertising focused on retail media networks.
• Minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles.
• Proven success managing paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• Deep understanding of platforms like Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Experience leading a team with a focus on mentorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000—$120,000 USD based on a 40-hour workweek.
