An opportunity for A400M Customer Management and Powerplant Assistant has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo).

Key Responsibilities

• AI Automation: Design and train models/tools for the automated generation and review of Quality Standard Operating Instructions (QSOI) and supervision questionnaires.
• Regulatory Integration: Ensure the system natively integrates current regulations and critical data from the Control Plan.
• Process Optimization: Drastically reduce administrative lead times for Quality Technicians, allowing them to focus on high‑value tasks.
• Shop Floor Impact: Guarantee that supervision is agile, accurate, and fully aligned with zero‑defect objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of JavaScript / Google Apps Script.
• Data Management: Expertise in SQL and database management.
• Digital Mindset: Process‑oriented professional with a focus on the digitalization of industrial environments.
• Quality Standards: Understanding of quality management systems and industrial regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into logical algorithms.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proactive Autonomy: Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Multidisciplinary Agility: Comfortable transitioning from technical discussions in the lab to operational troubleshooting on the shop floor.
