AI Product Manager - Agentic Platform (Global)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Product Manager – Agentic Platform in the CET time zone (EMEA region, South Africa, Egypt or India) to lead the development of Foundever’s internal agentic platform—empowering teams across the organization to design, build, and scale agentic and automation-based solutions. 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong AI Product Manager to join our growing AI Product & Design team, with ownership of Foundever’s agentic platform. This platform enables internal users to create agentic systems, automation workflows, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business. 

In this role, you will lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of an AI-native platform built on LLMs, automation frameworks, and conversational AI technologies. You will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation use cases and translate them into scalable platform capabilities. 

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Foundever’s agentic platform—from vision and discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap for agentic capabilities, automation workflows, and AI orchestration aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, CX, IT, and analytics to identify, prioritize, and shape high-value automation and agentic use cases.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and platform capabilities.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall agentic platform strategy.
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to drive efficient and predictable delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable platform design.
• Guide decisions around LLM integration, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and conversational AI capabilities.
• Track platform adoption, usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to guide prioritization and improvements.
• Communicate product strategy, platform capabilities, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  Represent the agentic platform at internal forums, demos, and company-wide events. 

Experience

• Minimum of 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with strong exposure to AI-driven or platform products.
• Proven experience managing technically complex products involving AI, LLMs, or automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with automation workflows or agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, or similar orchestration frameworks).
• Experience working with Conversational AI platforms, chatbots, or virtual agents in production environments.
• Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to uncover, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities. 

Skills/Abilities

• Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, agentic architectures, and AI-driven automation concepts.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, API-based integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Comfort working with technical teams on platform-level decisions and trade-offs.
• Deep understanding of agile and scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
• Ability to create, maintain, and prioritize complex backlogs and write clear, actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with a focus on scalability and reuse. 

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field. 

Language

• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).
• French and Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Tools

• Proficiency with product and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Loom).
• Familiarity with automation and agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, or equivalent).
• Experience working with Conversational AI, chatbot, or virtual agent platforms.
• Strong practical use of Generative AI and LLM-based tools as part of daily product work.
• Knowledge of CX platforms and enterprise environments is a strong advantage.
