Product and Marketing Manager - Biostimulants & Fertilizers

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Product & Marketing Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Valencia. We are seeking a professional with 3-4 years of experience in the biostimulant, fertilizer and/or agrochemical industry, with a strong background in market analysis, portfolio management and marketing strategy. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial, technical and R&D teams to support portfolio development and business growth across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product and portfolio strategies, managing the product lifecycle and identifying opportunities for growth, optimization and development.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry trend analyses to identify business opportunities, customer needs and growth potential across target markets and countries.
• Develop product positioning strategies, adapting the value proposition to each target market according to customer needs, the competitive landscape and commercial objectives.
• Develop pricing and profitability strategies by analyzing costs, competition, margins and market potential to maximize the value of each product and category.
• Lead new product launches, coordinating with Innovation, Product Development, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful market introduction.
• Drive market research and business intelligence initiatives, transforming data and feedback from customers, distributors and commercial teams into strategic business recommendations.
• Define and lead marketing, communication and promotional strategies to ensure effective positioning and differentiation of products and brands in target markets.
• Support internal teams through product training, sales tools and technical-commercial guidance, enabling product knowledge and business performance.
• Manage relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders while staying up to date with industry trends, innovations and emerging technologies to strengthen the company's competitiveness.
