¿Cuál será tu misión?
- Trabajar por objetivos dentro de un equipo orientado a la selección de perfiles cualificados, con un enfoque claramente proactivo.
- Gestionar procesos de selección end to end.
- Lanzar ofertas, realizar onboarding y seguimiento de los profesionales incorporados.
- Elaborar y presentar informes y reportes a cliente.
- Mantener contacto habitual con clientes clave para asegurar la calidad del servicio e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Realizar seguimiento continuo para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, colaboradores y trabajadores.
- Prospectar el mercado local e identificar nuevas oportunidades.

¿Cómo es el perfil ideal?
- Titulación universitaria.
- Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia previa en RRHH, Finanzas o Ventas.
- Valorable experiencia comercial.
- Clara orientación a cliente y a resultados.
- Habilidades comunicativas, comerciales y de negociación.
- Capacidad de gestión de conflictos, adaptabilidad y trabajo en equipo.
- Organización y planificación.
- Salario fijo + variable en función de objetivos.
- 23 días laborables de vacaciones, más 6 días libres adicionales.
