Barcelona-Based Elopement Event Planner & Sales Specialist

Now, we're looking for a new teammate who is professional, empathetic, organized, and thrives in a multitasking environment.Position OverviewThe Event Planner & Sales Specialist will play a key role in our small but dynamic team, responsible for planning, sales, and client support.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable handling sales calls and contracts as they are with vendor management, client communication, and event logistics.You'll be working on multiple destinations in Europe, collaborating with both international couples and local vendors.This role is for someone who loves weddings, loves people, and loves to keep things beautifully organized.Who You AreA multitasker who can manage different projects without losing focus.Empathetic and people?centered, connecting easily with clients, vendors, and teammates.Calm under pressure, detail?oriented, and reliable.A team player who enjoys collaboration in a small, close?knit, all?women team.Passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and meaningful love stories.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate elopements across Europe: venues, vendors, logistics, budgets, and timelines.Conduct sales calls in English, prepare contracts, and guide couples through booking.Act as the main point of contact for couples during the planning process.Manage vendor communication, contracts, invoices, and payments.Collaborate closely with our team and bring ideas for new services and improvements.Skills & ExperienceExperience in event planning, client management, or a related field.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem?solving skills.Comfortable with sales calls, contracts, and vendor negotiations.Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.Knowledge of invoicing and payments is valued.Bonus for experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation) or design tools (Canva, Squarespace, social media).
Excellent English required; Spanish or Italian is aplus.ConditionsCommitment: Full?time ****** hours/week).
Workspace: Co?working space in central Barcelona.Duration: 6?month engagement with the possibility of extension.Extension Possibility: An opportunity exists for an extension to a long?term position.
