BILLING SPECIALIST

For our branch in MADRID we are currently recruiting a

BILLING SPECIALIST

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring an administrative dedicated to invoicing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Essential: professional experience in the transport, logistics, import and export sectors
• Knowledge of transport documentation and customs processes
• Spoken and written Spanish and English proficiency
• Plus: knowledge of SAP and Wexlog
• Organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage priorities
• Sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skill set
• Ability to work proficiently in a pleasant international and dynamic environment.

TASKS:

• formulation of rates
• issuing of invoices
• customer support regarding billing-related issues
