Job Description:
The open positions are on the Front Desk Service Bulletin Airlines Queries answers activity.
The activity will consist of receiving questions from the Airlines, acknowledging receipt by providing a deadline for response, doing the analysis and investigation, contacting different departments (CSR, Design Office, Techdata, SB Production Center or other...) if necessary, drafting a clear technical response and verifying it internally and once validated publishing it in the TechRequest tool.
The day-to-day work will involve coordination and liaison with internal departments (Engineering Department, Design Office, Vendors, Airworthiness dept).
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
Receiving Customer Questions (Data Collection) Issue an acknowledgment of receipt by planning and communicating a possible response date to the client (important to ensure that this date is kept) 1 person will be responsible for the internal dispatch of topics (scheduling) Monitor the schedule and challenge the different departments to meet the deadlines.
Doing the technical analysis, contacting, and obtaining the support of the different departments to involve, in case of impossibility of response by your technical knowledge and research, challenge these actors to obtain a clear technical answer within the allotted time.
Draft and coordinate the validation of documentation by technical experts and authorities (RDAF or other documents) Draft the final technical response, ensure the technical content, and issue the response to the customer in the TechRequest tool.
Undertake regular audits in accordance with quality control regulations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Engineering 3+ years of experience in the aerospace domain.
At least 3 years of experience in the field of aircraft airworthiness, Knowledge of aircraft documentation (on Airbus programs) Ease in communication / sense of teamwork,
These positions require good organization and involvement in the subjects Knowledge of tools: APS, SAP-PCS, TechRequest, Aircam, Aspect, WISECAP.
Proactive in improving processes and productivity. Proficient in written and spoken English.
