Data Senior Product Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and impact-driven Senior Data Product Manager to join our Data team. You will define and drive the strategy and execution of data‑driven products, infrastructure, and AI solutions, shaping our data ecosystem from analytics and reporting to advanced AI initiatives, including next‑generation NLP and computer vision use cases. You will enable actionable insights, operational efficiency, and strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: define and execute the roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products, aligning with business goals and customer needs; prioritise features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
• End‑to‑End Product Lifecycle Management: own the product lifecycle from market research, ideation, and competitive analysis to development, risk assessment, testing, rollout, and cross‑functional coordination with marketing, sales, and operations.
• Data Infrastructure: lead the development and enhancement of data infrastructure, pipelines, and platforms, maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and reliability across all systems.
• Data & Analytics: design ‘Data as a product’ solutions that deliver actionable insights, build customizable reports, dashboards, and analytics tools, and enable forecasting, trend analysis, and real‑time predictive analytics.
• AI Solutions: build and oversee AI‑driven solutions, including NLP and computer vision use cases; collaborate with data scientists and engineers to turn AI concepts into production‑ready solutions and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with engineering, operations, finance, and business teams to ensure data products meet user needs and advocate for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: gather requirements and validate product concepts with internal and external stakeholders; communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership.

Experience Needed

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Extensive experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or AI products.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven or AI‑enabled products in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Experience with global payroll, HR, or fintech platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills across multiple teams and levels.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML applications, including NLP and computer vision.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and large‑scale datasets.
