**IT SERVICES MANAGER (SPAIN & PORTUGAL)** We are excited to announce a job opportunity for the position of **IT Service Delivery Manager** within our IT team. We are looking for a talented, structured, and motivated professional to join our team to drive operational excellence, acting as a key enabling partner and service owner for Spain & Portugal. **OBJECTIVE** Oversee several key functions within the L’Oréal IT department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end users, ensuring Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Supplier & Partner Governance** * **Supplier Management:** Lead the performance, quality, budget, service status, and continuous optimizations of our main external IT suppliers. * **Governance & Reporting:** Drive robust supplier governance through structured periodic follow-up meetings. Deliver regular, accurate management reporting on outsourcer performance (quality, contract fulfillment, and cost vs. budget baselines). **Help Desk & User Experience Transformation** * **KPI Management:** Take complete ownership of the local client environment to improve main user experience KPIs. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify and champion digital transformation opportunities within the help desk service. Engage and sustain continuous improvement processes covering the issue backlog, service catalog, and IT inventory. * **Compliance:** Ensure local hardware, software, and desktop security comply strictly with Group guidelines. **Service Support & ITIL Process Ownership** * **Process Owner:** Act as the local champion for infraestructure Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes. Maintain a direct relationship with Group counterparts to ensure high process performance, accurate reporting, and the deployment of targeted service improvement activities. * **Major Incident Management:** Take full ownership of the local escalation process and manage major incidents linked to the department. Ensure seamless coordination among resolving parties, maintain timely communications with business stakeholders, and drive thorough post-incident reviews. * **Transversal Alignment:** Lead and participate in transversal incident management reviews alongside other domain managers, when impacting other domains. **IT Infrastructure, Platforms & Security Control** * **SLA & Platform Health:** Ensure local IT infrastructure (including LAN/WAN networks and systems) and its corresponding services are up, running, and meeting predefined SLA targets. * **Crisis & Security Management:** Implement, control, and follow strict local Crisis Management protocols. Maintain continuous control over all local cybersecurity and infrastructure KPIs. * **Project Deployment:** Direct the roll-out of local and group-driven infrastructure projects, promoting Global and Zone policies to your local team. * **Monitoring:** Ensure the good monitoring is performed to proactively act on posible incidents, or updates tpo be performed by zone or global teams. **Employee Experience & Tool Adoption** * **IT Ambassador:** Act as a local ambassador for IT Employee Experience initiatives, communicating effectively across business teams to enable the fast adoption of new technical solutions. * **Upskilling:** Ensure that end-user training services are in place to facilitate the smooth adoption of our catalog of IT tools. * **Corporate:** As parto f the employee experience, ensure all applications linked to corporate services are following IT group standards. Esta posición es un rol de cara a los stakeholders y requiere que establezcas y gestiones las expectativas dentro del negocio y guíes al equipo de TI para alcanzar esas expectativas con un alto estándar. **RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE** **Supplier & Partner Governance** * **Supplier Management**: Liderar el rendimiento, calidad, presupuesto, estado del servicio y las optimizaciones continuas de nuestros principales proveedores externos de TI (suppliers). * **Governance & Reporting**: Impulsar una gobernanza sólida de proveedores a través de reuniones periódicas de seguimiento estructuradas. Entregar informes de gestión regulares y precisos sobre el rendimiento del proveedor de subcontratación (outsourcer) (calidad, cumplimiento de contratos y costos frente a las líneas base del presupuesto). **Help Desk & User Experience Transformation** * **KPI Management**: Asumir la propiedad completa (ownership) del entorno de cliente local para mejorar los principales **KPIs** de **user experience**. * **Continuous Improvement**: Identificar y defender las oportunidades de transformación digital dentro del servicio de **help desk**. Comprometerse y mantener procesos de mejora continua que cubran el **backlog** de incidencias, el **service catalog** y el **IT inventory**. * **Compliance**: Asegurar que el hardware local, el software y la seguridad del escritorio (desktop security) cumplan estrictamente con las directrices del Grupo. **Service Support & ITIL Process Ownership** * **Process Owner**: Actuar como el referente local (local champion) para los procesos de infraestructura de **Incident**, **Request**, **Change** y **Escalation**. Mantener una relación directa con las contrapartes del Grupo para asegurar un alto rendimiento de los procesos, informes precisos y el despliegue de actividades de mejora del servicio específicas. * **Major Incident Management**: Asumir la propiedad completa del proceso de escalamiento local y gestionar los incidentes mayores relacionados con el departamento. Garantizar una coordinación fluida entre las partes encargadas de la resolución, mantener comunicaciones oportunas con los stakeholders del negocio y liderar revisiones exhaustivas posteriores al incidente (post-incident reviews). * **Transversal Alignment**: Liderar y participar en revisiones transversales de gestión de incidentes junto con otros directores de dominio, cuando afecten a otras áreas. **IT Infrastructure, Platforms & Security Control** * **SLA & Platform Health**: Asegurar que la infraestructura de TI local (incluyendo redes **LAN/WAN** y sistemas) y sus correspondientes servicios estén operativos, funcionando y cumpliendo con los objetivos de **SLA** predefinidos. * **Crisis & Security Management**: Implementar, controlar y seguir protocolos locales estrictos de **Crisis Management**. Mantener un control continuo sobre todos los **KPIs** locales de ciberseguridad e infraestructura. * **Project Deployment**: Dirigir el lanzamiento (roll-out) de proyectos de infraestructura locales y del Grupo, promoviendo las políticas globales y de zona en tu equipo local. * **Monitoring**: Asegurar que se realice un buen **monitoring** para actuar de manera proactiva ante posibles incidentes o actualizaciones a realizar por los equipos de zona o globales. **Employee Experience & Tool Adoption** * **IT Ambassador**: Actuar como un embajador local para las iniciativas de **IT Employee Experience**, comunicándose de manera efectiva a través de los equipos de negocio para permitir la rápida adopción de nuevas soluciones técnicas. * **Upskilling**: Asegurar que los servicios de capacitación para usuarios finales (end-user training) estén disponibles para facilitar la adopción fluida de nuestro catálogo de herramientas de TI. * **Corporate**: Como parte de la **employee experience**, asegurar que todas las aplicaciones vinculadas a los servicios corporativos sigan los estándares de TI del Grupo.
