As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will: * Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience * Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs) * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems * Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution **Your Qualifications** We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
