Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **Professional Experience** * Experience in Banking, Consulting or similar environments (6–10 years preferred) * Exposure to corporate clients and commercial roles is highly valued * Understanding of Cash Management and/or Lending products is a strong plus **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields (Required) **Languages** * Spanish (Required) * English (Required) * Additional languages such as Portuguese, French or Chinese (Preferred) **Hard Skills** * Strong analytical and financial skills (Required) * Advanced Excel skills (required) * Strong PowerPoint skills for client-facing materials (Required) * Solid understanding of corporate finance and banking products (Required) **Soft Skills** * Strong commercial mindset with focus on results and revenue generation * High level of ownership and accountability * Proactive attitude and ability to originate opportunities * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into solutions **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** **Your contribution matters**, and it’s recognized.
