Senior Project Manager, Spain

Genmab seeks a Senior Project Manager to support its Spanish commercial operations, coordinating inside sales, congress events, CRM management, and executive assistance for the General Manager. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and office management in a hybrid Madrid-based position.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales team with back-office activities, purchase order management, and supplier coordination
• Maintain and optimize CRM entries ensuring accurate customer interaction documentation
• Manage pre-, during-, and post-congress activities including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate ad hoc commercial initiatives across Europe including campaigns and training sessions
• Provide executive support to General Manager including calendar, travel, and presentation preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent professional training
• 5+ years experience in inside sales, sales support, executive assistance, or commercial operations
• Proven CRM experience with tools such as Veeva or Salesforce
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management
• Willingness to work hybrid and travel within Europe as needed
