Remote-First Customer Success Lead — Ai Saas (Southern Europe)

ElevenLabs is seeking a remote-first Customer Success leader for Southern Europe, handling complex B2B SaaS and AI/ML products.
You will own a defined book of business, drive renewals and cross-sell, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to optimise revenue outcomes.Remote-first role across Spain/Italy with potential office in Madrid.
Fluency in Spanish/Italian and English is required; experience with AI agents and API integrations is a plus.
