Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist German-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth case handling
• Keep accurate records in internal systems and CRM tools

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2 level German speaker
• Spanish level B2 or higher
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Madrid or Valencia
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Positive attitude and team spirit
