AbouttheRoleAsanIntegrationConsultantwithinourFinanceOperations(FinOps)team,youplayakeyroleinensuringthestability,security,andeffectivenessoffinancialintegrationsacrosstheSDWorxecosystem.Youwillberesponsibleforthedeployment,support,andcontinuousimprovementofintegrationsbuiltonSAPBusinessTechnologyPlatform(BTP)andSAPS/4HANAPublicCloud.Workingcloselywithinternalteams,customers,andexternalpartners,youwillhelpdeliverreliableintegrationsolutionsthatsupportourfinanceprocessesandbusinessobjectives.WhatYou'llDoIntegrationOperations&SupportProvideoperationalsupportforfinanceintegrations,includingIncident,Problem,andChangeManagementactivities.Monitor,maintain,andcontinuouslyimproveinterfacesbetweenSAPS/4HANAFinancePublicCloudandotherSDWorxsolutions.Collaboratewithexternalserviceprovidersandthird-partyvendorsoncomplexsupportissuesandescalations.Ensureintegrationscomplywithestablishedsecuritystandards,policies,andprocedures.SupportMasterDataManagementactivitiesbyanalysingdataqualityissuesanddrivingimprovementinitiatives.Contributetoreportingandanalyticssolutionsbyassessingbusinessneedsandsupportingenhancementdelivery.ProjectDelivery&ImplementationDeploy,configure,andtroubleshootintegrationsolutionswithinSAPBTPandrelatedplatforms.Supportdatamigrationandmasterdatacleansingactivitiesduringimplementationprojects.Participateintestingactivities,includingpreparation,execution,andissueresolution.Createandmaintaincleartechnicalandfunctionaldocumentationtoensureknowledgeretentionandoperationalexcellence.Collaboration&CustomerFocusBuildstrongrelationshipswithinternalstakeholders,customers,andpartners.Understandend-to-endbusinessprocessesandcustomerjourneystodelivereffectiveintegrationsolutions.Collaborateacrossteams,countries,anddisciplinesinaninternationalenvironment.Actasatrustedadvisorbysharingknowledgeandsupportingcolleaguesandstakeholderswhenneeded.WhatYou'llBringRequiredQualifications&ExperienceBachelor'sdegree,diploma,orequivalentexperienceinInformationTechnologyorarelatedfield.Atleast1yearofhands-onexperiencewithSAPBTPand/orSAPCloudIntegration(CPI).
