Om hun activiteiten op de Benelux-markt te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een Belgische Telesales Agent die vloeiend is in Vlaams en Frans , met een natuurlijk talent voor klantcontact en verkoop. Wat je gaat doen
Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen van Belgische klanten in het Frans en Vlaams
️ Registreren van nieuwe huishoudtoestellen en klantgegevens
Uitleg geven over de wettelijke garantie en aanvullende verzekeringen aanbieden
Je verkoop- en communicatievaardigheden gebruiken om prestatiedoelstellingen te behalen
Uitstekende klantenservice bieden en feedback delen over mogelijke verbeteringen
