HR Intern - french speaker

The Caribbean and Indian Ocean department is currently looking for an HR Trainee - french speaker to be based in our Gestagua office, in Madrid .

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St-Martin and St. Barthélemy)

• Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives

• Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions

• Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support

• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies

✅ Requirements:

✓ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.

✓ Ideally a first experience as HR trainee.

✓ Fluent in both English and French. Spanish appreciated.

✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ✓ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

✓ Available to start on September 2026
