Staff Reliability Engineer: Utility-Scale Power Electronics

Nextpower is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer - Product Reliability to lead the Product Reliability program for our next-generation utility-scale power conversion platform. You will drive Design for Reliability (DfR) activities and ensure service life, performance, availability, manufacturability, and warranty objectives are met.
You will partner with Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Product Management, Service and Operations to identify
