At G+D Mobile Security , a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team in Barcelona.

Job Summary

To ensure the right products are available at the right time by translating market demand into replenishment actions, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and providing a global view of supply and demand across the product portfolio.

Accountabilities:

• Act as the key interface between Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Operations to align demand with supply.
• Consolidate and assess global demand signals from Product Management and Sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels across the global network and ensure appropriate stock availability.
• Manage the EMEA Input file creation process and maintain IMSI range stocks
• Identify replenishment requirements based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and stock consumption.
• Define, maintain, and optimize lot-sizing parameters to balance service levels, inventory costs, and operational efficiency.
• Trigger and coordinate replenishment and purchasing requests with Customer Operations and Procurement teams.

Responsabilities:

• Maintain a global overview of product demand, inventory status, supply constraints, and replenishment priorities.
• Proactively identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize replenishment activities and ensure timely product availability.
• Analyze inventory and demand trends to support continuous improvement of planning and replenishment processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting and KPIs related to inventory performance, product availability, and replenishment effectiveness.
• Support strategic inventory planning to achieve targeted customer service levels while optimizing working capital.

Requirements:

• Ability to think creatively and strategically and translate strategic thinking into solid deliverables and plans
• Able to form strong relationships both with partners and internally
• Strong understanding of the IoT sector and technology
• Solid understanding of IoT Connectivity and Logistic functions
• Experience of working with a range of telecoms technologies
• Previous Input file experience an advantage
