As an Data & AI Product Product Owner - Enterprise Chatbot, you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human.About the roleAs the Data & AI Product Product Owner – Enterprise Chatbot , you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery of Opella's enterprise chatbot platform. You will sit at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and business transformation , driving the deployment of intelligent conversational solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences across the organization.Main responsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and own the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot, aligned with Opella's digital transformation strategy.Translate business needs into clear, outcome-focused product requirements.Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs to enhance chatbot capabilities.Stakeholder Management & CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams (Digital, GBS, P&C, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure adoption.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Champion the chatbot product internally, driving engagement and change management.Delivery & ExecutionLead agile product development cycles , from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.Define KPIs and success metrics to measure chatbot performance, user satisfaction, and business impact.Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).Data & AI GovernanceCollaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure high-quality training data and model performance.Promote responsible AI practices , including fairness, transparency, and explainability.Monitor chatbot analytics and drive continuous optimization based on data insights.Leadership & CultureEmbody Opella's Challenger Mindset : courageous, outcome-obsessed, radically simple, and all in together.Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.About you5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI/Data products .Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade chatbot or conversational AI solutions .Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs (e.g., GPT), and AI/ML product lifecycle .Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in data analytics and ability to translate data insights into product decisions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS BedrockBackground in consumer healthcare, or FMCG industries.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and AI ethics principles.Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or enterprise HR/IT platforms as chatbot integration targets.This is more than the next step in your career, it’s a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world.
