What you will do

• Research and learn about Substrate and the Polkadot ecosystem.
• Conceptualize proof of concepts on new models, tools, and technologies.
• Help build an ecosystem based on transparency and data sharing.
• Write best quality blockchain runtime code and tests.

What you will bring

• Degree in a Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Science, or similar education in software development.
• High level of English and strong communication skills, in both speaking and writing.
• High understanding of GIT version control and processes.
• Experience with Rust and its ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of cryptographic primitives, such as public key encryption
• Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem.
• Proactive and troubleshooter mentality, attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and function in a small team.

What is a plus for us?

• Experience building decentralized applications (web3).
• Knowledge of the Polkadot ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the Substrate Framework.
• Ability to thrive in the dynamic, fast-moving world of a blockchain startup
• Familiarity or experience with advanced cryptography, networking, or distributed systems.
• Front end blockchain application development experience is a plus
• Experience with continuous integration toolset and processes.
