Indirect Procurement Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems
• Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination
• Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management
• Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations
• Contribute to various procurement projects and ad‑hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced environment
