Responsibilities

• As a (P2P) Process to Pay Financial Specialist, you will play an important role in driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with the business.
• You will collaborate closely with the rest of the FSSC Finance Team, providing a high level of service and reporting to the accounts payable team leader.
• End-to-end processing and management of invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling in line with established guidelines.
• Registering and verifying invoices prior to payment, as well as supporting employees by reviewing expense claims submitted through SAP Concur.
• Responding to supplier queries and claims via email and telephone, delivering efficient resolution and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Experience in the feed industry or relevant sectors is valuable.
• Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English. Other language is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Previous experience with Medius, M3 and SAP Concur will be considered an advantage.
