Regional Category Manager, Indirect Spend

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple categories within indirect spend.
• Conduct product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Report to the Group Procurement Indirect Spend Director and collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, and external suppliers.
• Ensure strong supplier relationships and develop sustainable value‑adding solutions.
• Continuously optimize regional indirect spend categories for Southern & Eastern Europe.
• Provide timely reporting and strategy procurement insights.

Qualifications

• Experience managing indirect spend with a global approach and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong IT skills in MS applications.
• Skilled negotiator with large experience in stakeholder management.
• In possession of a strategy procurement toolbox.
• Clear understanding of the regional market and categories.
• English proficiency (written and verbal); Spanish language is a plus.
• Self‑starter with resilience, determination, and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
