German Sales & Customer Service Specialist - Hospitality and Tourism - Malaga

Join our dynamic team in the heart of Málaga, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the hospitality and tourism sector at Foundever. Location: Málaga, Spain Contract Type: Permanent contract. Annual Salary: €21,500 + 1,500 Signing Bonus Working Hours: 39 hours per week (From Monday to Sunday with alternating weekends, in the time slot of 8am to 10pm). Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (at our office in the center of Málaga). Start Date: 18/05/2026. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Language Skills: Native-level German (C2) and advanced level of English (B2).
• Location: Must reside in Málaga or be willing to relocate.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus. Sales Experience and a Commercial Profile: This role involves receiving calls to close reservations in German for a major hotel chain and performing customer service tasks. Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
