SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant

We are looking for a SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting‑edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in the EMEA region.

As a member of our team, you will support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects – implementing SAP systems in Human Capital area. You will also participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes and in coordinating the main project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems.
  
• Implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and onPremise environments, applying greenfield and brownfield approaches.
  
• Manage the quality of implementation projects.
  
• Participate in post‑implementation review and coordinate main project tasks.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
  
• SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate.
  
• SAP HCM knowledge is a valuable asset.
  
• Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations.
  
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
  
• Hands‑on knowledge of data models and XML.
  
• Configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint.
  
• Preparation & execution of test cases / test plans / test scripts.
  
• Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows.
  
• Strong teamwork skills.
  
• Experience in standard project tasks: test cases, analysis, documentation.
  
• Higher education degree.
  
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Other language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.).
  
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
