Sales Account Executive - Upsell - Italian Market

Factorial is looking for a Sales Account Executive Feature Specialist for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level.
What will you be doing?
- Managing upselling opportunities for existing clients and effectively developing the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Creating strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Identifying, navigating, and supporting clients throughout their decision‑making process to close upsell opportunities.
- Developing effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establishing and regularly conducting high‑level negotiations with C‑Suite and VP‑Level executives.
- Utilizing consultative selling techniques to drive prospects through the sales process effectively.
- Providing a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborating daily with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to deliver the best service to existing clients.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience closing B2B deals.
- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- Excellent communication skills and quick empathy with people.
- Proactive and eager to propose new ideas.
- Full ownership of each activity.
- Proficient level of Italian required and professional English.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating a business unit or team from scratch.
- Full‑cycle B2B sales experience.
- Experience in the SMB market.
- Sales/B2B experience at a SaaS‑based company or in digital transformation environments.
