youare client-facing, responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs forvery largecomplex IT solutions and integrating architecture. You will act as an advocate for the client; you are the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. You design activities andbuildingsystem prototypes.

You will drive revenue growth and opportunity support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operationswithin multiple industriesand design and communicate industry solution offerings to Clients.As a thought leader, you willestablishand develop the existing capabilities, positioning Avanade as an innovator for customers and partnersalike.

Working as part of the ERP teamyou’llcollect information, analyzerequirementsand solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

Whatyou’lldo:

Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements

Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to

Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.

Lead the design of functional components related to ERP and business processes during the presales as experts on capabilities and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Design, build, anddemonstratescenario flows with Microsoft Dynamics 365 aligned to the client’s businessteamkey requirements

Provide input to estimating the functional workstream for the project

Advise the delivery team during the functional solution design

Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.

You willbe responsible forcreating differentiated propositions while solving businessimpactingclient problems related to managed services solutions, andleveragingMicrosoft Solutions and partnering across the Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture landscape to successful business outcomes.

You will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achievepossible businessoutcomes.

Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you canidentifyand link functional and non-functional requirements.

Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system.

Support testing the proposed system and train users.

You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management

You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively

You’velikely achievedaBachelor’sdegree or equivalent in a relevant field

At least five full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O or Dynamics AX

Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore

Hands-on functional experience with various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Experience with Production aplus, butnotrequired.

Established career industry-focused experience with business applications

Acting as a conduit between technology and the business outcome delivered

Developing high-value products and services that match enterprise client goals

Collaborating with peers in a large, matrixed organization, includingsignificant experiencewith offshore teams and delivery

Knowledge of opportunities and risks associated with large-scale, complex projects for your enterprise clients
