KeyResponsibilities
Actasthebusinessandperformance pointofcontact forassignedclients
Manage onboarding ofnewclientsandensuretheirproficiencyontheSaaSplatform
Support clientsinimplementingandoptimizingdigitalcampaigns(mainlylocalcampaigns)
Provide recommendations onmedia,budgets,andacquisitionchannels
Manageclientportfolio performance,renewals,andinvestmentgrowth
Monitor businessandmediaKPIs (ROI,leads,conversionrates,clientsatisfaction)
Relayanddeploynationaloperationsacrossretailnetworks
CollaboratecloselywithSales,Tech,andOperationsteams
