Sales Operations Coordinator - Spain

Your mission

Hola a todos y bienvenidos a Sungrow Iberica! We’re excited to introduce a role that keeps our sales operations running smoothly and helps our teams and customers stay closely connected in a fast-moving international environment. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

• Support daily sales operations, including order follow-up, documentation handling, status tracking, and internal coordination.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the local sales team and help ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and sales-related updates that improve visibility, planning, and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and other internal systems while supporting strong process consistency and data quality.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, service, and headquarters to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities.
• Help improve internal workflows by identifying operational bottlenecks and contributing to smarter, simpler processes.

Your profile

All right all right, that was intriguing wasn’t it? Now, in order to fit into this role and feel happy for the long run, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You have experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, back-office coordination, or a similar commercial operations role.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and can manage several topics at once while keeping a clear overview.
• You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel, and feel comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
• You are fluent in Italian and English at C1 level, and Spanish at B2 to C1 level is a strong advantage.
• You bring a proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
