The role partners closely with Procurement, Sourcing, IT, Finance, Shared Services, Audit, Compliance, and business leadership teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions while mitigating integration, operational, and compliance risks.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree completed.
+7years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, including acquisitions, business integrations, ERP deployments, and complex business transitions.Proficient English communication skills.Documented S4 HANA integration (last 3 years).
Availability to travel.Strong project and program management experience, with a proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, IT, Finance, Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders.Experience leading large-scale global ERP deployments with the ability to establish integration standards, deployment playbooks, and deployment readiness criteria.Strong knowledge of procurement master data governance, data stewardship, data migration, and enterprise-wide data mapping activities across SAP and related procurement VALUEIntermediate analytics capabilities, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and data-querying tools to support data validation, reporting, performance management, and decision-making.Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including process harmonization and Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent) and demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and controls.Working knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SOX requirements within ERP-enabled business environments.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility, drive alignment, and provide strategic guidance across business and functional leadership teams.
