Aurora Live, ein dynamisch wachsendes B2B-Unternehmen, sucht einen engagierten Customer Success Manager, um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben. Wir bringen Entscheidungsträger und Lösungsanbieter weltweit durch exklusive, hochwertige Events zusammen und unterstützen unsere Kunden dabei, mit unseren Lead-Generation-Servicesden maximalen Return on Investment zu erzielen.
Deine Rolle:
In dieser zentralen Position bist du der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere geschätzten Kunden, pflegst enge Beziehungen und stellst sicher, dass sie den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus unseren Services ziehen. Du wirst Lösungsanbieter coachen und motivieren, um durch 1-zu-1-Meetings und exklusive Veranstaltungen wertvolle Leads und Geschäftsbeziehungen zu generieren. Diese Rolle ist verkaufsorientiert, da du als direkte Verlängerung unseres Sales-Teams agierst und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbaust, um Weiterführende Geschäftezu fördern.
Deine Aufgaben:
Aufbau und Pflege starker, langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
Bereitstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservices, proaktive Beantwortung von Anfragen und Lösung von Herausforderungen zur Sicherstellung einer positiven Kundenerfahrung.
Unterstützung von Lösungsanbietern mit Wissen und Tools, um ihre Teilnahme an unseren exklusiven Events zu optimieren und maximale Lead-Generation zu erreichen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team zur Identifikation von Up-Selling-, Cross-Selling- und Portfolio-Sales-Möglichkeiten, um den Customer Lifetime Value zu steigern.
Klare Vermittlung des Mehrwerts unserer Services und unseres einzigartigen Event-Konzepts an unsere Kunden.
Effektives Zeitmanagement, um strategische Ziele mit Kundenanforderungen in Einklang zu bringen.
Präzise und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise, um eine hohe Effizienz und Genauigkeit in der Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen.
Dein Profil:
Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle, idealerweise in Sales, Account Management oder Customer Success.
Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
Exzellente Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit professionellem und überzeugendem Auftreten.
Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein professionelles Englisch.
Analytische Denkweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, aber auch die Fähigkeit, in einem kollaborativen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
