New Developments Sales Consultant

Our client is a well-established and successful property development company and is now   offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Consultant to join their friendly team. The role includes liaising with external agents, coordinating viewings   and presenting exclusive developments to external agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager with viewings and   presentations at the main office and on site as required
  
• Support marketing team through assisting with digital content initiatives.
  
•   Network with agents and collaborators to promote and sell developments
  

  Required Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience in new development or off-plan sales.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support marketing initiatives
  
• Positive, team-oriented, and a can do attitude with a strong sense of initiative
  
• Driving license and car
  

Package

Exciting role working on exclusive new developments with an initial retainer and excellent commission structure.

Working hours: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm

Office/hybrid based in Marbella area.
