The Advisor II, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client products/service as well as providing basic customer service support.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to help achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  
• Support teams with the use of back‑office tools, systems, and internal sales processes.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor through phone‑based communication.
  
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual sales goals and KPI expectations.
  
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to support commercial activities.
  
• Contribute to a positive team environment while managing tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
  

Your Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual level of Portuguese, advanced Spanish, and high level of English.
  
• Previous experience in sales support, outbound communication, or commercial environments is a plus.
  
• Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  
• Good computer skills and PC knowledge.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively.
  
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
