Barcelona Hybrid Hr & Office Operations Manager

Bruce.Work is seeking an HR & Office Manager to lead day-to-day People Operations in Spain, focusing on onboarding, compliance, and payroll for our Barcelona team.
This hands-on role offers ownership in a fast-growing international environment and a chance to shape HR processes in a 50+ employee Spanish operation.Fluent Spanish and proficiency in English or French are required, with 3+ years in HR.
