EDI System Analyst (eInvoicing) (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced EDI System Analyst (eInvoicing) (m/f) to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global EDI and eInvoicing solutions

Duties Will Include

• Implement and maintain EDI and eInvoicing solutions in collaboration with ERP teams and external service providers.
• Configure and manage integrations between ERP systems and the EDICOM platform.
• Define data mappings and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.
• Provide second-level support for EDI-related systems and applications, ensuring stable daily operations.
• Support go-live activities and hypercare phases, including issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain and enhance existing EDI connections while implementing new EDI solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI environments.
• Solid understanding of eInvoicing requirements, EDI processes, and ERP integrations.
• Experience with data mapping, system integration, and testing activities.
• Knowledge of EDI standards, communication protocols, and database concepts.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Team player who enjoys working in a global and multicultural organization.
