Nuestro cliente busca un/a experimentado/a y estratégico/a Social Media and Communications Lead para unirse a su equipo de forma remota.
Serás el/la máximo/a responsable de definir y ejecutar la estrategia de redes sociales y comunicación digital, asegurando que la voz de la marca resuene en todas las plataformas y conecte con nuestra audiencia global.
Este rol requiere una profunda comprensión del panorama de las redes sociales, la creación de contenido viral y la gestión de la reputación online.
Si eres un líder nato con pasión por la comunicación digital y la innovación, esta es tu oportunidad de moldear la presencia online de la marca desde cualquier lugar del mundo.Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia integral de redes sociales y comunicación digital para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.Liderar la creación de contenido atractivo, relevante y optimizado para las diferentes plataformas, fomentando la interacción y el crecimiento de la comunidad.Supervisar la gestión diaria de todas las cuentas de redes sociales, asegurando una comunicación coherente y de alta calidad.Monitorizar la conversación online, identificar tendencias emergentes, gestionar crisis de reputación y responder proactivamente a la comunidad.Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y el contenido en redes sociales, generando informes detallados y proponiendo optimizaciones.Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de marketing, producto y ventas para alinear las estrategias y maximizar el impacto.Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Periodismo o un campo relacionado; Maestría es una ventaja.Más de 7 años de experiencia progresiva en redes sociales y comunicación digital, con al menos 3 años en roles de liderazgo.Sólida experiencia demostrada en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de redes sociales exitosas a gran escala.Excelentes habilidades de redacción, storytelling y capacidad para crear contenido cautivador.Profundo conocimiento de las herramientas de gestión de redes sociales, analítica y tendencias del sector.Capacidad para liderar equipos (incluso de forma remota) y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente con un alto nivel de autonomía.Salario altamente competitivo y bonificaciones por rendimiento.Flexibilidad total de trabajo remoto, eliminando la necesidad de estar en Córdoba .
