In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of engineering deliverables while meeting contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. This position requires approximately 25% travel. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Serve as the technical lead and design authority for engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines. * Develop base designs for substation automation, control, and protection systems. * Verify the implementation of base designs during detailed engineering phases. * Coordinate all technical activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Review and approve technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. * Collaborate closely with customers to define, shape, and deliver effective technical solutions. * Identify, assess, and manage technical and cross-functional project risks. * Support project management with engineering budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost-to-complete assessments **Your Background** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in substation automation, protection, and control systems. * Native-level Spanish proficiency is required.
