Join our team! # **What will you do?** • En colaboración con el/la Jefe/a de departamento, supervisar diariamente el planning de reservas de habitaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, informes de ocupación y estadísticas, así como la lista de “no llegados”, clientes VIP, etc. • Comprobar los Rooming List de los grupos, asignación de habitaciones y cambios. • Atender, registrar y asignar habitaciones personalmente a clientes cuando es necesario. • Atender personalmente reclamaciones, informando de las mismas a los departamentos afectados. • Proponer al/a la Jefe/a de Departamento las mejoras que estime oportunas. • Colaborar con el/la Jefe/a de Recepción y la dirección en la política de tarifas de habitaciones * Facturación de Eventos * Cierres diarios de producción nocturnos # **What are we looking for?** • Formación: Grado en Turismo, ADE o similar.
