Sales and Business Development Manager
Perceptive Analytics
Perceptive Analytics is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, reaching out to potential leads, and converting them into customers. The position involves deal‑making skills including strategic consulting, needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing, and negotiations, and working with internal Perceptive Analytics experts to propose solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in analytics or a related industry, a star performer in sales and business development, and who wants to work in a startup or small company to lead their sales and business development activities.

Responsibilities
- Lead nurturing and conversion
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs
- Ensure successful closure of all leads by end‑to‑end coordination, including scheduling calls and liaising with team leads
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and trade shows
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience in analytics/IT/ITES, or comparable experience with a startup or small company
- Proven and sustained track record of sales success
- Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Compensation
Location
The company is based in Hyderabad. All new joiners will have the option to work from office. Additionally, if they want to work from home that option is also available. In specific situations, employees may be mandated to work from the office temporarily.
