Senior Product Manager, EU

Monzo is seeking a Product Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and define strategies that enhance the in‑app experience and engagement for customers.

Responsibilities

• Build product vision and strategy for the area, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s goals and a superior customer experience.
• Communicate the vision to inspire stakeholders and share context at appropriate times.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver the strategy.
• Create, launch, and measure customer‑focused personalisation and discovery experiences.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product manager with a track record of shipping world‑class products at a fast‑growing company.
• Experience launching a consumer product in an EU market.
• Data‑driven mindset and proven record of working with machine learning experts or data scientists to define metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact.
• Strong analytical ability to break down and solve complex problems.
• Good judgment and experience making decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Drive to challenge status‑quo and propose innovative solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse people and working styles across engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal, and compliance.
• Excellent storytelling skills to motivate and energise teams toward common goals.
• Passion for building value for customers and alignment with Monzo’s mission.
• Intellectual honesty in evaluating performance and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fast learner, humble, curious, and eager to share knowledge.
