Product Configurator (Claims) / Functional Analyst

About the role: The purpose of the position is to design and implement the business processes and services related to claims management with an E2E perspective, applying innovation, creativity, cost efficiency, and risk control to provide the best UX for stakeholders (partners, distributors, BUs, customers and internal departments).

Key responsibilities:

• Design, document, develop, maintain, improve, and configure all finance processes and business rules with a multi-country usability perspective.
• Own E2E finance processes, considering key stakeholders and customer needs.
• Negotiate new services with suppliers, establishing collaboration and service level agreements.
• Support and collaborate with other BU’s or partners.
• Design the applicable TOM in each relationship model (partners, customers, etc.) including SLAs, KRI’s definition and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master of Science, or completed studies in business administration or IT business processes configuration.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience in similar roles.
• Database knowledge (SQL/PL SQL Oracle).
• Certifications: BPM, LSS.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking for translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Customer focus.
