Enterprise Engineer, Global Implementation Practice

As Enterprise Engineer in the Global Implementation Practice team, you will coordinate the delivery and testing of the technical aspects of Global Payroll projects, ensuring seamless integration between Strada solutions and client systems while adhering to the Project Implementation Methodology (PIX).

Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination: Oversee the delivery of technical aspects of projects, including initial system deployment, integrations, data mapping, and system testing.
• Solution Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Strada solutions, particularly Strada Exchange, to ensure optimal implementation.
• Project Delivery: Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies within project phases and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, client counterparts, Enterprise Architects, and Project Management.
• Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing or working with global HR and Payroll solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Alight solutions, particularly Strada Exchange and euHReka payroll.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and data mapping (iDoc, CPI, PECI, SFTP, API, etc.).
• Familiarity with Strada’s tools and processes (ServiceNow, Strada Assist, JIRA, Smartsheets, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to learn continuously and to work independently as well as part of an international team.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree; fluent in written and spoken English.
