About The Role:

We are currently looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our Urology team and support the execution of key marketing and commercial activities across the division. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders to support the implementation of digital campaigns, congresses, courses, and events, while also contributing to important operational processes related to product availability, tender documentation, training coordination, and product lifecycle management.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the planning, creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Provide logistical support for congresses, courses, and customer-facing events, including the coordination and shipment of commercial and promotional materials such as samples, stands, catalogues, and branded items.
• Coordinate the training certification process for healthcare professionals on innovative technologies, ensuring accurate follow-up, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the internal management of backorders by coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring product availability, and helping ensure timely communication to the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical and administrative support in the preparation of documentation required for public tenders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Support the communication and internal management of product discontinuations, helping coordinate information flow between Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition.

What We Look For In You:

• Studies in Marketing, ADE/Economics or ideally in health sciences;
• Advanced level of Spanish and English (level B2 or higher);
• Proactive, empathetic, social and decisive person.
• Ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Any kind of experience in a multicultural or international environment (previous internship or participation in an Erasmus programme) will be considered an advantage.
