Indirect Procurement Trainee (Global Purchasing Team - Finance)

Almirall está buscando un/a Trainee en Indirect Procurement para nuestro equipo global de Compras, dentro del área de Finance. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para personas con ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en un entorno internacional, adquiriendo experiencia práctica en compras estratégicas y gestión de proveedores, con exposición a las principales categorías de Indirect Procurement: Sales, Marketing & Market Access, IT & Technology, Facilities & Real Estate, y Fleet, Travel, Logistics & HR.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Apoyar al equipo en la identificación y selección de proveedores
- Participar en la ejecución de procesos RFI (Request for Information) y RFP (Request for Proposal)
- Colaborar en la evaluación y selección de proveedores
- Realizar análisis comparativos (cualitativos y cuantitativos) para apoyar la toma de decisiones
- Dar soporte en la gestión y seguimiento de contratos, incluyendo herramientas digitales de CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
- Contribuir al análisis de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades y proveedores
- Explorar cómo la tecnología y la IA pueden hacer los procesos de compras más eficientes
¿Qué buscamos?
- Estudiante de último año de grado o estudiante de máster en Administración de Empresas, Economía o similar
- Nivel avanzado de castellano e inglés
- Buen manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Interés por herramientas digitales e innovación (valorable conocimiento en IA) - no hace falta ser experto/a, pero sí tener ganas de aprender y experimentar
- Buscamos una persona analítica y con atención al detalle, con ganas de aprender y desarrollarse, organizada y con interés por trabajar en un entorno global
