As an IAM Integration Engineer in the Workforce IAM team, you will modernise Swiss Re's identity landscape by bridging application teams and IAM platforms. You will guide onboarding of apps to Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and influence governance practices across projects. The role is hands-on and high-visibility, shaping how the organization manages access at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess, document, and drive secure, lifecycle-driven integrations that reduce risk and debt. • Coordinate application integration activities from assessment to completion with application owners and IAM teams
• Support onboarding to Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Conduct IAM onboarding and integration assessments, document outcomes, and define next steps
• Analyse existing integrations to identify gaps, risks, and non-strategic patterns for remediation
• Guide application teams on onboarding expectations and available integration patterns
• Unblock functional and technical IAM queries by consulting with teams and escalating when needed
• Produce structured documentation including meeting notes and status updates
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers using Azure DevOps, Confluence, or internal dashboards
• Coordinate transitions to strategic IAM solutions aligning actions with owners and delivery teams
• Support governance activities by identifying deviations and preparing inputs for exceptions or audit evidence

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience including application integration, onboarding, migration, or remediation
• Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals: authentication, authorization, lifecycle, access management, roles, attributes, provisioning
• Experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
• Collaboration with application teams to clarify requirements and support delivery
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise application integration xqbhyrx concepts, including IGA principles
• Ability to analyse integration scenarios and translate findings into actionable next steps
• Experience producing IAM documentation or onboarding guidance
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to explain IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
